The GP7u was a rebuild done by the Santa Fe Railroad in the 1970s as an attempt to modernize and extend the life of their vast fleet of what were at the time GP7s. They were extremely successful and can still be seen on many short lines and even in switching service in some of the class 1 railroads.
Please be aware, since this locomotive class was custom built by the Santa Fe railroad it is not exactly the same as other GP7u locomotives. Almost all of these locomotives are slightly different from one another and often had changes made to them during there service lives. That being said, I did my best to try to use pictures of the same locomotive and others that had the same features if I had to.

@DatMaluchGuy19 Ok, first of all, it's not that simple because of the vents and doors. Additionally the stencil font is not very close to the lettering font that Santa Fe used on the side of the locomotive. Mostly due to the fact that the stencil font has gaps even when it is bolded. Also stencil is only capital letters and Santa Fe is mostly lowercase.

Just Use Stencil Text Mate, Its Not Difficult At All
