It's just the Brown Pearl. A pirate ghost ship.
You're gonna need real serious firepower to send it permanently underwater.

It's the "Brown Pearl", a mysterious huge galleon, legendary ghost ship.
You'll need to fly fast to catch up with it, and powerful ammo to beat it.
But, if you lose, you will sink with the ship, into the mysterious underworld.
But yes it’s part of the game.
