Thank you for joining the WW2 era Jets Challenge last month. I was so busy the last few weeks so I am sorry that I could not post the results as promptly as usual. Also, there were 49 entries, and it was a head-to-head competition. I got to scratch my head many times to give the points, going back and forth between the plane, and testing repeatedly.
CONGRATULATIONS!!! to the winners.
and also THANK YOU ALL for joining the challenge
1st place: Kyushu J7W2 Shinden-Kai by @PUMPKINSIDD
2nd Place: Heinkel HE 162 Volksjäger by OPaiTaOn
3rd Place- XP.1201 Nacthfalken by PUMPKINSIDD
NOTE: This XP.1201 won 3rd Place, but as I am choosing ONE plane from each builder, so giving the 1st runner-up to the 3rd place
3rd Place: P-74A Lightning-Bolt by CaptainFranchfries
This plane is under-voted, but I would ask you guys to take a closer look. It flies realistically as well as a nicely built cockpit and details.
1st Runner up: Arado Ar E.555-10 "Amerika Bomber" by MadAgus
I thought this would be a winner at first, with cool machine gun turrets, nice cockpits, and so the cool looks. The way the engine start-up too fast, and the speed nearly March 1 (which was not the case in WW2) are the factors that missed the winning points. And also the "off-road" looking truck tires used on the landing gears.
This is the list of top 10 builders:
Last, but not least, this is my build for the WW2 jet challenge, honoring ALL who join this challenge -
I have posted the UPVOTES to all the top 4 winners!

@MadAgus
You could reduce the drag points.
Or reduce the throttle response.
@Arckibuilder yes, i add the honorable mention as “TOP TEN BUILDERS LIST”. that I posted in the table
@ToeTips I haven’t thought about it though
@CaptainFranchfries my pleasure! I m glad to know that
When you have time what challenge will you do next?
DANG IT! missed another challenge
Yooo Les gooo
you should put honorable mentions
@WinsWings Thanks for organizing this challenge. I usually stick to modern-ish aircrafts, but this really allowed me to experiment with building planes of a different era. Looking forward to the next challenge!!!
@WinsWings Thank you
@windshifter1 You He280 was great to fly, and nice handling plane. sorry it did not make a top prize thought. Congratulation to be in top 10 though
Wow congratulations everyone! Thanks @WinsWings for organising these always amazing challanges.
@MadAgus awesome cockpit, and gun turrets. great job
Yeah, the acceleration was exaggerated and the landing gear didn't convince me either, I wanted the top speed to be equal to the data "920 km/h" and I didn't know how to achieve that speed in a bomber without flying like a fighter . But hey it was fun, Congratulations to the rest of the Top 10!
