How do I decrease the delay on flares?

I can't find the XML thing for flare delay, I'm on mobile if that changes anything.

First, go to Overload, then select "CounterMeasureDispenser", add autoDispenseDelay , and set the time in seconds, recommended zero. Now you've done it!
