is there any ft code that can make a rotator rotate the control surface more less just like g-limiter on real aircraft?

what i meant is that when i'm at 200mph or so, i can be able to pull atleast 8Gs and At 600mph, it won't exceed 9Gs when i pull up. At that rate, you couldn't even survive -6Gs for a long period of time. so it'll be limited to -2 to -3 Gs.
