As some may have noticed, I rarely publish new crafts. All because the game quickly gets bored and interest in it fades over time and there are many reasons for this.
At the moment I have returned to my cars and tomorrow I will make a post with the topic of cars that are in the works.
But now I would like to say that ARC Altaho was not appreciated at the time of publication and I decided to redo it. And I started by starting all over again. All that remains of the old model is the seats and steering wheel. I decided "I don't like it", "a lot of mistakes".
And when I started all over again, I was counting on a car with low detail, but I failed to make it look interesting and worthy, as you understand. The new Altaho already has 800 parts, no headlights, no lights, no bumpers, no interior except seats and steering wheel. Perhaps you thought that 800 parts were spent on creating the body "oh no, this body will be just amazing", and if you think so, you are mistaken. Everything is simpler, I spent about 500 parts on the chassis, on the chassis with the engine, suspension and frame. I'm crazy. I spend my time and effort on the fact that almost no one will see what is on the bottom of the car and inside, although you can make a cool design.
But I think this is the case with candy. Candy wrapper can be bright, tempting, but the candy itself will not be delicious. And I like to make this candy, I like to make a frame not from 2 sticks, but to work out each bend of it and make the suspension the way it really should be, so that each suspension element is in its place, performs its function and moves the way it should move. I'm doing this despite the fact that my PC has a hard time processing more than 1000 parts in this game, but I still like it, and I hope I'm not alone
@Majakalona i like complex yet simple builds, builds that have details while also being part efficient enough that it doesn't just cook my phone.
complex cars in a game called simpleplanes?
NOT ON MY ISLAND!
