@All 1: AA cannons are going to tear through a plane anyways, putting the bombs on top probably isn’t going to do much to protect them.
2: I don’t see how that would save space. For missiles sure it could spare some more space on the bottom but for heavy bombs you either wouldn’t be carrying enough to run out of space underside, and even if you did the disadvantages would just make you place them on the wings or something.
3: Buddy have you ever heard of a bombsight? Or in this game, a camera?
@Graingy the advantage is that first of all AA cannons if they do hit it would be harder for them to hit the bombs second of all it will save space third of all for people who don't have mods they can roll the plane upsidedown look at the top of the canopy and accurately drop the bombs without having to go into orbit view
Also @All just being in game doesn’t suddenly make a pointless idea valid.
I’m not saying this in an aggressive way, I’m just genuinely confused on what the point is. If you can think of an advantage, I’m listening.
Always had thoughts of pilots dropping underwing bombs then immediately pichting down so the g’s counter the bomb and its goes back into the pylon, then flipping the plane over and over.
TLDR: adhd brain
@MrSilverWolf okay I will

The Stuka already does this. Just in a dive and with the bomb where it's supposed to be.

@TheCommentaryGuy sure it might seem dumb but it's better then using the orbit view cause radar doesn't exist in SP
@TheCommentaryGuy cause that's real life I'm talking about in game
@Graingy im talking bout in game not in real life
That does not sound accurate
