Okay, so first of all I'm going to apologize for two things.
1. I did not include any screenshots of the completed project in this forum post.
2. This is not very polished, it has both runways but no buildings or hangars.
So this a project I started a very long time ago, and just finished up a while back. I debated building all of the hangars and the aircraft control tower, but my weak PC's microscopic render distance combined with lack of motivation made this virtually impossible for me. If you have more patience and time than me, you're welcome to finish up the project.
Unfortunately, it is not compatible with Bedrock (mobile) because the online converter I found was limited to less than half of this world's file size. Yeah, it's huge. Surprisingly enough, it is to scale. If you load this in Minecraft, it's going to feel absolutely massive, but then again if you were standing in the middle of a real runway it would be pretty huge.
Anyway, this might be a bit of a letdown to some, but here's a link to the world file. You can unzip it in the "saves" folder of your .minecraft directory.
@ShinyGemsBro it was made for 1.19 and later, but I suspect it probably works in earlier versions as well.
All tags were requested from various teasers I posted about this.

@DuskBlade my best suggestion would be either
A) crank your render distance up insanely high (you’ll need Optifine or something)
Or
B) make a really zoomed out map,
I think you can do it with a cartographer’s table but I might be wrong.
This map is truly gigantic, but believe it or not, is is to scale.
