As the title says, my laptop starts to struggle when I'm making anything too big, like a ship or airliner. I thought it would be because of a high part count, but it seems to happen even if it's just a few parts that are scaled up. Why does this happen, and how do I prevent it?
Simple principle: Bigger = more, more = bigger.
The larger an entity is, the more power it'll take to render. Even if it's just one part, your device would need more effort to make stuff work until it can't even keep up anymore..
I believe it's because of drag, I'm not sure myself.
If that's the case, you can disable drag on some parts to make it lighter.
