Happy 2024! (to all UTC+8ers)
I am proud to announce that with just 8 seconds to spare, I have completed the SPMR loop!
You can now run in a full circle from Hartsford to, well, Hartsford.
Also, it's now possible to drive on SPMR with the road system I built alongside the tracks.
You can even have some tank battles, but the map behaves weirdly when it's destroyed.
This isn't really a teaser, but you can request to be tagged if you want.
(was supposed to post this 40 minutes ago but I got lazy)

PLIS tag me RepublicOfCursedPlanes
@DatMaluchGuy19 when I release the early version depends on how long I take to write the installation guide lol
@RepublicOfCursedPlanes got lazy eh? well, i sort of did with that train project, still wanted to finish that locomotive however, but hey, atleast im taking it slow and steady, just so that i didn't lose my motivation on building that dang thing.
@DatMaluchGuy19 I could release SPMR Early now, but I need to figure out how to display x and y coordinates so I can calculate the spawn point coordinates
@RepublicOfCursedPlanes yo, is it done? my train bogies are just about ready, now all i need to do is just assemble the whole train together + fixing/tweaking a few things here and there.
@KSB24 would be lovely if you also took part on the train gang (yes, trains are still superior
:mind blown:
)It Would be Fun to Drive around, or Take some Photographs there XD
@BoeyingOfficial it’s designed to be compatible with SPR trains. However, because of the presence of guide rails (that prevent trains from derailing on slopes/curves), aircraft collisions on some parts do need to be disabled. I’ll make a diagram explaining it at a later time
Looks impressive. Is it compatible with trains made for the SPR plugin or will they need some adjusting?
Yessirrrrrrr also when release
Yes I CAN FINALLY BULIT A TRAIN!!!!
@RepublicOfCursedPlanes also, i really think you should've added some creepy or funny easter egg on this city!
@RepublicOfCursedPlanes understood
@DDVC probably no, since I’ve built the parallel track with much less precision than the main one (and cut a few corners in the process). Namely, the gauge is incorrect, and the approach to Meridian has some bits of challenging track, so there’s a high chance that trains can’t actually run on them.
There’s also the fact that I’ve omitted the entire underground section of the parallel track in order to save about 300 or so parts.
Damn, this sure is a trainwreck
(Badum-tss)
Looks cool.
@DDVC good idea!
@RepublicOfCursedPlanes I can make track switch, i already make one in the past. Would you like me to try make one?
@RepublicOfCursedPlanes alright cool
Happy new year!
@DatMaluchGuy19 I plan to make the low-part versions after I finish everything so I can figure out what to remove.
Also there aren’t any track switches; it’s one continuous loop on a single track. The other track is there for scenery only
@32 PlaneFlightX already agreed to do it for me, so thanks but no thanks
Ay bro gimme dat

Are you interested in allowing me to turn this into a map plugin for those with access to computers? That would allow it to be on a separate island, and it would run better on people’s potato devices. I would obviously list you as a contributor, or let you post it from your account and have you add me as a contributor. I could do it before or after the airplane post is released to the public, whenever you want.
@RepublicOfCursedPlanes less demanding version (potato) when, also, does the switches work? and how do they work exactly?
@LM0418 I designed this to be the successor to SPR lol. It has more stations, scenery and thus a more immersive experience.
SPR has its own pros, namely that it’s good as a photography map and the curves/slopes aren’t as demanding.
