[About]

A collaboration project between me (LunareclipseSP) and KSB24 to create a truck-based driving-racing simulation. The player controls a semi-trailer truck (a "big rig") and races the other opponent truck, or drive along with trucks. The idea of this project were mainly heavily inspired from Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing, but due to the 'quality', it is also based on Big Mutha Truckers.

BIG Simple RIGS provides some variety of trucks (big rigs), and most of them are mobile friendly and low parts. Due to it's low part counts, the design of the trucks looks low-poly-ish but unique. Each trucks has their own version. The standard, AI racer (made by KSB24), and both detachable trailers and no trailer version (coming soon).

Background

The series takes place in a fictional Prefecture-like region named Beckford City. The player played as a protagonist as John (or Jane) Prinkleton who is a trucker of the trucking company named Prinkleton Family Trucking Inc. The player can build their own storyline and use their own imagination to make their own plot based on all characters provided by BIG simple Rigs.

The Main Plot

J. Prinkleton is a logistic driver of his own family's trucking company in Beckford, Prinkleton Family Trucking Inc owned by their late father which is currently owned and run by their mother. In one day, Prinkleton meets with Calvin Cunningham, one of the most infamous and the best trucker in Beckford and challenge him for a wild truck race. However, Prinkleton was lose the race, resulting in the loss of their Mike Eren roadtrain truck to Calvin and becoming arrested by an approaching squad of the Beckford City Civil Protection, a security force act as a law enforcement or police force in Beckford city.

Long after John got "rescued" by their uncle known as Uncle Bob, Prinkleton released from prison due to lack of evidence. With the help of Uncle Bob and in order to get their truck back, Prinkleton later involved at the wild trucking competition held at Beckford. Over there, Prinkleton meet and compete with many truckers around the city to prove themself to be the best truck master of Beckford. And thus, the Journey of Prinkleton has begin to take back all of their rights, and their old ride back.
