Edited: i checked agin and this dude act like a human.
When i locked him he didnt pulled his noce on me and shoot missile, he waited. I got closer to him and he did it again...opened cockpit...slowed down ... and launched missile right in front of me... he shoot me down.

Does it make him do so?
