You can also use the dev console which is activated by pressing ` on your keyboard (PC) or pressing the settings banner 5 times (mobile)
>>CameraManagerScript..SetCameraFov xx- changes the FoV//MainCamera>Transform.localEulerAngles 0,0,z- changing z will tilt your camera//MainCamera>Transform.set_localPosition x,y,z- moves your camera like free cam>>GUIScript..set_UIEnabled false- deletes GUI, useful for mobile playersYou might need to set the FOV in the settings to either 30-45 for the best results, and take images while setting the time at 5:00-7:00 or 17:00-19:00, depends on your style really.
