I, as well as my subordinates understand the rising concern of nuclear war between the Sakura Empire, and the Eagle Union scum. Its made subordinates practically sleepless, this most notably has troubled Shinano-San, she's drowsy, weak, and hasn't been able to sleep in months, a concerning change in character for sure. And this has forced my hand.

I, as well as my right hand woman, Kaga-San have been cutting... "deals" With quite the odd third party, I am not allowed to speak of there name, however I can say they've been watching all of us, since the 1930s and they seem very... cult like. Calling us... "entertaining..." I am happy to announce that we are working with this new third party to make weapons that will defend our beautiful country. Keeping it safe whilst I scorch the earth around it.

I'm sure whatever they have planned is something far better than what we can muster, nevertheless whatever they do, I will be watching...
