They may be too long or are overspeeding. (for example, certain semi-symmetrical wings dont like Mach 1+ speeds.) you can fix this by
A) Changing the wing shape or type, or
B) Editing the XML properties to change the partType from Wing-3 to Wing-2

Uhhhh, also change the wing part id thing to Wing-2.
If that doesn’t work, upload it as unlisted and I’ll take a look at it.
