Means it was tested in SPVR and has good qualities. Basically the cockpit is complete and you can move all the controls and fly the plane comfortably without having to move around too much.
There used to be 2 or 3 curators but they gave curator privileges to everyone. You can even curate your own builds, although I disagree with doing so.
If it's curated, that means it's approved for VR and it appears for SPVR players to download.
As of now only Andrew does the curating. Meaning he tests a build with a VR setup to see if it meets the criteria for VR gameplay
