Don't worry about the tailplane being caught in the afterburner fire... That is intentional. It basically works like thrust vectoring as the engine nozzle does not move, so the tailplane itself redirects the thrust...
Is it effective? No...
Is it cool? Maybe...
Does it work? From my calculations yeah
@Vikram123 I mean I want it to have at least some Sea Vixen vibes, originally it would have also had an offset cockpit but then maybe that would have negative effect on RCS...
