it looks like spooderman

Eyes seem misaligned, but the main thing I noticed is the hair. It looks nice, great even, but it seems a bit detailed compared to the rest of the drawing. I'd simplify the hair a bit to create a consistent look, also the ear is definitely too small

Other than those I think it's a very good drawing

i honestly still don't know how to do hair, its confusing cause like THIS CIRCLE THAT CIRCLE and i cant even draw a decent head yet so im still trying to nail the basic shapes right cause my circle looks like a damn fiddle-dee-do kek
