Day 5 of the Monarchii War, a little less fight, a lot more supply

Here's your news update, sorry for late post time, I was unforeseeably busy today, but that's over now >:)
I'm sure we're 100% unbiased at this point

After FIVE WHOLE DAYS of War, things have finally quieted down- just not in the way many would've hoped. Although the plans were supposed to be secret, it's quite obvious even without the leaked info- this momentary slow-down in aggression from both sides is the result not of fatigue or attrition, but precisely the opposite, with both Monarchii Forces and the MGLA preparing to get a massive re-supply, both on military and civilian sides, before things go down like they do in Ohio on the one-week Anniversary of the Monarchii War.

However, as usual, today's news starts out of Snowstone. Although the loss of the Ice Base was a devastating one that could cost Monarchii Forces later on if they don't utilize this downward spike in MGLA activity on Snowstone, its destruction was beneficial to the island itself- sort of. On one hand, since the Ice Base served as both an anti-air weapon and an outpost for both air and sea offenses, the MGLA has withdrawn much of their air assault on Snowstone now that the Ice Base is down, with only a handful of aircraft staying on the Arctic Island while most returned to their homebase in Krakabloa or went on Scout Missions towards the Wright Isles. However, there are still some cons for Snowstone, the first being the obvious that the island no longer has one of its key defense weapons, and the second being that the MGLA hasn't withdrawn any of its ground forces, with MGLA tanks still running rampant in the ice fields without the massive threat of the Ice Base to stop them. However, the first con is outweighed being that the only attackers of Snowstone in the foreseeable future also happen to be the same ones who are ignoring the island for now, and the second issue is outweighed by Monarchii's increasing ground offensive, with Thairungs, UnikittyTonks, and the MMVP (Monarchii Most Valuable Players) IS-3s dealing tons of damage to MGLA tanks. An attempt was made to capture an IS-3, but almost unsurprisingly, the much larger Soviet tank overpowered the LVL-100 before destroying it with a gunshot. The MGLA, on the other hand, has been focusing mostly on strategic supplying. At the moment, they have the upper hand, but to keep things that way with several people making successful attempts to reinforce Monarchii, the MGLA has had to restock on weapons as well as say their greetings to several new ones, including 7 RED-team lent B-31B Crushers and their first designated aircraft carrier: two B-31Bs were used on attacks on Wright, while the aircraft carrier is considered the MGLA's first due to the USS Beast being a literal free-for-all.
Although some of the information has remained classified or semi-secretive, the MGLA has confirmed that they will receive, in terms of aircraft, 200 PF-19s, 24 F-11Y3s, 50 F-67Gs, 35 AH-25s, 350 SK-3s, 12 A-40s, 25 A-45 Vipers, 2 Albatross Stratogliders, 560 Super Bomber 2s, and 5 T-39A2 trainers. Their ground forces have revealed little about their upcoming armament, but they at least gave us the vague "expect us to increase our efforts in several aspects." We of course know what that means- more tanks! Another interesting thing to note is that although the MGLA will be receiving 350 SK-3s, they actually requested 400 due to the aircraft's massive success.
Along with armed aircraft, the MGLA has also received the first cargo jet of the war (with the SAN-74 Candygram of the Monarchii Forces being the first cargo plane, albeit propeller powered), that would be the C-19 "Hefty." Along with sharing design similarities, the C-19's name is inspired by a C-5M Super Galaxy by the callsign of HEFTY19. So far, only one C-19 has been made, but plans have been made to produce more of the cargo jet.
