As to why I haven't noticed it, or caught up with it early, I have been generally off-site for a couple of weeks already, as my interest started to shift from SP to another game.
Before long, I couldn't catch the news as I lack context of what's happening, how is it happening, and why is it happening. However, I will say one thing: It looks fun to participate. But since I don't know where do I start, I have been hesitating to ask in joining this seemingly out-of-pocket roleplay session.
I'm generally interested in roleplays, which is why I participated in previous war challenges, and the reason why I asked.

@ZeroWithSlashedO Please halt productions for now, we are currently in a temporary non-aggression treaty which had one of the clauses be "Both sides are to stop all production of weaponry. This does NOT include the development and designing of weapons. This clause is specifically to allow the MGLA to improve and replace their unrealistic aircraft.", as such, we would like to apologize for the inconveniences, Secretary of State for Air, Tanna Viktoriya Volskaya.

@HuskyDynamics01 no, although me and dattrainguy both hails from the Wright Isles, if anything, i think no one ever mentions Maywar tbh, and like, if you're in mobile, Kakhikotchauri1 made Maywar Android mod if i remember correctly

Good evening, and thank you for the information. Regarding the war efforts, is there anything that we could assist? We specialize in building semi-realistic aircrafts of a kind, though not too cost effective and can take a toll depending on the pilot's hardware, but we would be glad if we can contribute to the war effort. We are currently designing, testing, and improving a fighter concept. However, if our actions are deemed as unneeded, we would apologize for the inconvenience.

@ZeroWithSlashedO currently, we are on a temporary non-aggresion state, to recover from war and evacuate Snowstonian Civilians to more safer place, full information is here; Monarchii(me, equivalence of Britain with the production and economy power of US) is currently forging a treaty through WAEC(Windshifter's Aerospace Engineering Corporation ) that could end this war, although it is uncertain for now due to the Annexation of Snowstonian territories which greatly displeases SNC(Snowstone National Constabulary), Monarchii is currently in a temporary neutral state and is providing aid for Snowstonian Residents in the annexed region which is now destabilized resulting in higher Criminal activity among all things, such as looters and gangsters, the Monarchii Royal Navy and Army is also transporting MGLA(Machine Gun Liberator Army) PoWs to Wright where they would remain for the rest of the war due to our agreement, however, some complications including PoWs doing Criminal activity in Rockport is a problem, and the Monarchii Government offered to build Temporary housing and give some help from Royal Army reserve combatants for the Rockport Police Department to maintain safety and peace, that is all for now, Fair Seven Divine Winds to you, sincerely is my message, Secretary of State for War, Earl Ashadin Moyvna Niervelina.
