I'm trying to transfer Guyfolk's Ejecter seats to ReinMcDeer's F/A-18F Super hornet, but everything I've tried hasn't worked.
So far I've tried just removing it from the Wasp and deleting the Wasp from it, leaving the Eject button, the Pilot, WSO and all their detaches, and then slapping it on a flight computer less F/A-18F, but that isn't working, what am I doing wrong?
@GuyFolk Am I forgetting something? Please let me know.
@ReinMcDeer alr
@ThatKindaWeeb It might be connections
Try deleting certain bits and see what else comes off with it
@ReinMcDeer I think it's the way parts are connected together, many? Idrk...
@ThatKindaWeeb Sure, just tag on unlisted
This the main reason why explosionScale=0.5 still isn't enough to stop complete destruction of the crafts. If you test some of the clean loadouts, it's not as much of an issue. I can't think of a way around it though.
@ReinMcDeer So, I managed to get it working, but could you combat test it? the problems I've pointed out but haven't tested are the missiles could be detonated if they are shot, completely destroying the aircraft, and the way the aircraft is put together, it destroys itself when a part like the wing is damaged, could you test my suspicions?
As it turns out, it does, it has flight computers in thw wings with some variables on them, Thank you. Should I edit the missiles of bandit aircraft to only damage it enough to force an ejection? @ReinMcDeer
Does it have any variables? Those also need to be transferred over
