There is no way to increase engine torque. This is really annoying. The best way to fix this without having it gp 1000 mph, is to set the horsepower really high, and then go into every single wheel, and set maxAngularVelocity to 50 or so (edit this to be the right speed for your car) This will essentially limit the speed of the car, with much more climbing power. However, acceleration will be still very high.
