 *Short chair drag, Kingsley sits down*

 Gen. Kingsley: Welcome to Earth, dear. You must have had quite the journey. 

 Watcher Theta: Thank you. And yes, I have. It was almost disastrous for me
 as my hyperdrive engine had nearly failed on my last few jumps en route
 to your world.

 Gen. Kingsley: Well, you are quite fortunate to have made it safely.
 You mentioned that your kind were at hard trying to hunt you down?

Watcher Theta: Yes. They needed me exterminated because my existence
 alone is enough to put their operations in total disarray. I am not connected
 to the collective Hive of my kind. An anomaly.

 Gen. Kingsley: So in short, you are a sentient error in their system that
 needed to be purged in order for their function to continue with minimal
 or no flaws.

 Watcher Theta: Mm. Very perceptive. Yes, that analogy is indeed correct.

 Gen. Kingsley: You seem to already know enough of human speech
 patterns that you have recognized that was a figurative analogy.. how long
 have you been observing our kind?

 Watcher Theta: Long enough. I have prepared for this and studied
 humanity in advance. That way when this day came, I would have little
 problem in communicating with you all.

 Gen. Kingsley: ..Most interesting.. But we can talk about that later. I will go
 straight to the point so both our times would not be wasted here.

 Watcher Theta: You wish to find counters to the onslaught of my kind
 against your world. You wish to make technological advances in order
 to build arms for your soldiers to fight the Siren Threat back. I know.

 Gen. Kingsley: You already have the floor plan then. The question now
 is.. can you provide assistance for us in forming that said plan from the
 ground up?

 Watcher Theta: Yes. I will wholeheartedly help you all defend your world.

 Gen. Kingsley: Why?
 Gen. Kingsley: Why do you wish to help us, a race located in some armpit
 of the Milky Way Galaxy?

 Watcher Theta: I have many reasons and many examples. But one is above
 the rest of them. I wish for your race and your world to survive. To see
 the coming of the new age for your kind. To live and see what is to
 be found in this vast universe we all reside in..

 Watcher Theta: I am witness to the destruction of many civilizations and
 sentient life across the galaxy. I am witness to the relentless experimenting
 of my kind to those beings who were merely living their lives in peace.

 Watcher Theta: Those lives that no longer exist, the worlds that are no
 longer the same. They lost their beauty. Their right to be. To exist.

 Watcher Theta: All because of an interstellar race and their unquenchable thirst
 for knowledge. To know of a world inside and out with complete disregard
 to the lives already there.

 Watcher Theta: ..You humans are more than enough sentient. When
 your very lives are in jeopardy, you set your differences aside and
 battle together side by side regardless of ideology or origin.

 Watcher Theta: I find that very beautiful. And I wish for it to be
 preserved as is. To be left the way it is.. to evolve naturally in the universe.

 Watcher Theta: You have every right to do so. As do I and my kind.. but now
 I ask you all. Would you allow such hostile extraterrestrial beings to
 to take your natural rights away and treat you all as nothing more than
 test subjects to further their own purposes?

 *2 minutes of silence*

 Gen. Kingsley: ..What do you need?

 Watcher Theta: Allow me to battle alongside you all. I had destroyed
 much of my pursuers, setting up ambushes in the worlds I had landed in
 while I was being hunted. I can help you all not just in research, but
 in combat as well.

 Gen. Kingsley: And in return, what are your conditions?

 Watcher Theta: Please accept me as an Earthling. That is all I ask.

 Watcher Theta: I no longer wish to return to my homeworld. I have
 no desire or need to do so. I want Earth to be my new world of residence.
 And I vow to watch over you all. By my life.

 Gen. Kingsley: ..Give me one good reason why I should believe you.

 Watcher Theta: I would have destroyed your nations and militaries in a
 few weeks time if I had been twisted by the Hive.

 *15 seconds of silence*

 Gen. Kingsley: ..Very well. I will let the branches of the TFM know of your
 intent. It will be a rough start for you.. since Observer and Purifier had
 killed more than 70 thousand people in one day.

 Watcher Theta: I understand..

 Gen. Kingsley: I plan to ask you about the former Monarchii disappearing
 into a singularity-like anomalous event. No traces left.. but that can
 be discussed in due time.

 Watcher Theta: I know of it. But if that is what you wish,  I will not object.
