I suggest that you make it, but make it very high quality. That way it is a statement about how well you can make liveries, not a political statement. If it is very high quality, it should be fine. Just do not put anything political in the description. And pin a comment saying that “all political comments will be removed, this is a plane game, not a political website”. And remove any political comments. That should allow you to build it, and avoid drama, and not get in trouble.
And secondly, this is my advice to anyone making a possibly political plane. I have no idea why this specific plane would be considered “political” in any way, so there could be some backstory I have not heard, so make your own decision.
