since its also propel the ship, if its stationary, then the nozzle cant steer the ship
if you use VTOL, the nozzle will act as a rudder, and propel the ship forward
Actually, using VTOL nozzles as propulsion and steering works, real life ships wont steer if stationary, if its moving, the rudder can change its course on water

@theNoobCountry2 VTOL engines lmao, basically let the engine be on the top but the nozzle be underwater of sorts
