I have 2 aircraft than need to be changed desperately the first of which is an SU-27 witch is in need of a cockpit, the second is a remodel of an F-16, tell me what one to do first, also please comment if you can help me make a hud and other parts such as weapon systems

I suggest the F-16. And here is a hud for you to use. Its a bit hard to use at first, but I am sure you can figure it out.
