I got a new laptop.
This one can run SimplePlanes. And possibly also Juno, though I couldn't be bothered to try that now or anytime soon.
Speedran the building tutorial in 2:27, though made plenty of mistakes and hardly (read: didn’t) practised so whatever.
Anyhow, this might improve upload schedule slightly. Sort of.
Issue is that due to account shtuffs it's effectively a separate game, meaning the save files are EMPTY relative to my Mac (original wording wasn’t clear, the Mac is fine as that portal to hell could ever be). That could bit a bit of a pain... whatevs.
Also the battery life is, say it with me now,

On performance: it ran @Squirrel’s AS-AC-10 (remembering that name right?) seemingly better than my Mac. Granted, my Mac is a few years old. 2019, iirc.

@32 Funny. My new laptop basically crawls at anything Chrome-related, despite being "better" than my old one. Somehow in paying for something beefier I got something much slower at something. Trying to have chrome open while playing SimplePlanes makes inputs lag like no tomorrow.
Def gonna have to get it checked out.
@Graingy tell me about it. It should get good performance though, for what I paid. PC parts ain't cheap. I will say, it runs stuff under my normal circumstances (fairly high part stuff at maximum graphics with a tiny bit of Reshade) at like 140fps.
