The Entire PEA Lore

Like my official PEA roster, this is open to updates.

Also just in case you didn't know yet, PEA is its own universe, with several other events of history and SimplePlanes mashed into it, e.g. The Wright Brothers, The World Wars, Cold War, Red V Green War, Monarchii War, Siren War, Crestan Conflict, and more. Albeit they went a little differently, because PEA is a weird universe lol.

The Beginning

The story of PEAs starts with the Wright Brothers. They were set on building the first aircraft- well, to be fair, they had build the first aircraft, but it was screwed up after a landing because they didn't put any landing gear on it. With now limited resources, they had to find a way to make something airworthy while still keeping it part efficient.And surprisingly, they did. Initially, they considered calling it the "Wright Flier 2," but due to the surprisingly memorable dinner they had that night (refuse to elaborate further), they settled on calling it the "PEA-Wright Flier," or Part Efficient Aircraft. This was the very first PEA, and would birth a myriad of aircraft.

Technological Advancements (are fast)

Skipping to the 1930s because everything beforehand was incredibly slow except for the Geebee, World War II happened, as such planes were needed. A lot of them. To make things easier, all of the aircraft were built with minimum resources albeit maximum quality, which resulted in a colossal stockpile of aircraft, to the point where one person once said "there's going to be more aircraft than airports soon." Turns out that became true, to the point where they had to mass-produce aircraft carriers and artificial islands in order to make new places for the PEAs to be launched and stored. Tanks and ships were also mass produced in colossal numbers with minimum cost and parts, but maximum power and quality. They were much more fortunate, however, and were able to be stored without any issue.
Sometime after the war, the PEAs decided that humans aren't PEAs, and as such rebelled against mankind. Surprisingly, the Soviet Union and United States decided this was a bigger issue than being at war, so they built two last PEAs, or more accurately PERs, part efficient rockets, to send all the important people into space. The second one transported the rich to the moon. The rich, famous, and important managed to get to the Moon and survive, but everyone else was left to become PEA fodder. Except they also built a PER and went to space as well, but had to go to the other side of the moon.
With all the humans in space, the PEAs decided that working together was for losers, and the world continued as it was, just with PEAs instead of people.

Also, some of the artificial islands mentioned earlier were super giants known as Wright, Skypark, and Maywar. Krakabloa and Snowstone were natural however. All five of these islands had one thing in common though- they were involved in A LOT of wars, including the infamous Red V Green war and Monarchii War. We'd talk a bit more about them, but now is not the time...
