The OSS is declaring the theft of classified documents regarding the F-15STOL/MTD project files.

Originally tested by the Eagle Union's National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the project, an experiment involving supermaneuverability, was deemed a failure by the EUAF and was subsequently terminated on August 15, 1991.

The documents, however, (due to negligence on our behalf) were not shredded upon request of the ACI, and were instead left in an archive to collect dust.

However, days prior to this documents conscription, (May 18, 2014) the files have since gone missing, without a trace, minus two anomalies. Hair follicles were very sparsely strewn about the south entrance to the archive, leading up to a wall, and a alpha particle spike was detected around the aforementioned wall. Samples were taken off site for further analysis.

The DNA recovered from the sample determined the following:

• Suspect is of Asian descent
• DNA shares similar, however not identical, genetic code to Vulpes vulpes schrencki (Ezo Red Fox)
• Hair strand was abnormally purple despite its species.
• The strand appears to be 79+ years old(?)

We have reason to believe that a constituent of the Sakura Empire may be responsible for the theft of government property, as we have an ID that matches the description of the DNA sample.

A one, Musashi Himeji, a high ranking military figure in the Sakura Empire. Known for her prestige, her wealth, and her family's legacy.

We are still working with the Royal Navy, Northern Parliament, and Iris Libre (MI6, GRU, and GIGN) to see if the "Iron Blood" or Tempestra could be involved, however all leads followed so far, have led nowhere. We will continue to investigate further and make changes to our code of conduct, as well as fire personnel related to the incident, to ensure the protection of the Eagle Union from all her enemies, Foreign and Domestic.
