You use a google document, or something like that, and put all three screenshots in it. Then you take a screenshot of the whole page, so it has all 3 screenshots in it. Upload this second screenshot you just took to the blueprints, and do what you normally do for a custom thumbnail. Just slide the page so you only see one screenshot at a time, and then do all threee screenshots like that. It may take a couple tries to get it right though ;). I suggest using unlisteds, until you get all 3 screenshots exactly how you want them.
