I was scrolling on the ReinMcDeer Posts and I saw "F16 -Have Glass V-" and ofc I checked it out and then found out that its "Have Glass 5th Gen Paint" also known as Have Glass V
And lore accurately if my F15AE is 4.5th Gen then if I put on the Have Glass V paint it would be 5th Gen right?
So should I?

no, unfortunately. You can't just upgrade a 4th gen to a 5th gen. It'd still be a 4th gen (4.5), but with a few RCS reducing features.
