Take a racing rim or off-road and put a smaller rim inside it and connect it to the main nudge the smaller outside of the main a bit to where the rim design on the smaller is visable then the two rims should be combined sort of do this with a couple rims until it's nice disable collisions on the small one and connect the small one to a engine
