So recently (around 5 mins ago) I was looking for some 1:33 scale paper models. I found a russian website called paperflug.ru. I hit download on a su-25, and my computer warned me about an insecure download. I thought I hit "cancel download", but the download went through. I thought, as with only-paper.ru, my computer would get absolutely owned by viruses. However, is has been around 7 minutes and my virus warnings haven't gone off. Should I still be scared?

@LunarEclipseSP no, google just says it's an insecure file, however only-paper.ru does this and tries to download the omega game enhancer
So tell me... How does the site virus looks like? Does it looks like this or something similar as that? Because I think probably I have experienced a same thing before.
@Majakalona yeah, I found internet archive files of the sukhoi, however they contained 2 pages of nothing.
I once downloaded an application from the browser but what was downloaded was not the application I wanted but an application that did not appear on the main screen. After that incident, when I woke up in the morning my cellphone seemed to open itself and someone was playing. So, after I searched the application list, it turned out that there were applications under 1MB so I deleted them, in the morning my cellphone didn't open many applications by itself.
Stuff like this happens but I trust Internet archive and other stuff

@IDK0 pdf files can contain malicious code but i think firefox opens them in a safe mode to reduce the risk. Just be cautious and mindful of what you download and run, stay safe
@Alternation oof. It has been around 4 hours, I checked, nothing has been deleted, my steam account is fine, so is my Roblox and google accounts. I guess since the website wasn’t deemed secure by google, it suggested that the file was insecure.
@Alternation there was no .exe, I have printed it and plan to delete the file soon

Get avg anti virus free scan it then use window's defender secure important files sign out of EVERYTHING
If you said its wrong, i learned from experience
If youre downloading some fort of PDF type of file, if you see it with .exe, its clearly a virus

Piracy bad aside, what was the file type? You should also scan it with windows defender or whatever the mac equivalent is
@IDK0 Is this like origami jets (I have a some experience with it), or a 2d looking model, or a model you put together with glue and stuff?
(Note: I am a cheapskate who doesn't want to waste half of his life's savings on a $99 paper model from amazon.)
