It's just the Brown Pearl. It's a pirate warship Easter egg they added in a while back. Sails really fast and has homing cannonballs for defense/offense.
You should know there's a Cthulhu off the southeast of Krakabloa too

It’s the brown pearl it was an Easter egg added in back in the day. It’s a ragtag pirate ship that sails tak like Mach 1.4 or something. It has guided cannonballs and is super maneuverable. You have to travel from wright airport at heading 247 and stay flying for like 5-10 minutes until that message pops in. Then what I do is save the location and then exit and respawn. Right before it’s done loading pause the game and go into air to ground mode. Then until you resume the game depending on how far it is, the box should appear around it and then travel in that direction
