I fixed my phone
i spent hours trying to cut the edges off of my phone
Then this morning I found out there's just a screw
Was easy as that, unscrew, take out the fried charging port, put the new one in, rescrew everything, then just don't even bother to glue it back up
My phone charges now!
It only went down to 68% while being shut off completely for 4 days

@X99STRIKER my phone is a Samsung Galaxy a51 and the A series doesn't have wireless charging
My phone also became a fire hazard when plugged in, it doesn't anymore because there's a new charging port that isn't fried
It gets hot tho
My phones charging port got a ton of sand and whatever in it and hasn't worked in forever but thankfully it can charge wirelesly.
