IIRC those designations were never official and are actually misnomers. I seem to remember hearing that both turrets were actually made by the same company. Was it Krupp?
Idk it’s been a while since I was a big tank person.
I seem to recall something about the suspension, though. Different designs and manufacturers, that is.
@Randomplayer ???? HOW DO YOU MAKE THAT MISTAKE?!?!?!
Also Tiger B was the short form of Panzerkampfwagen Tiger Ausf. B, the official designation of the Tiger II/King Tiger/Königstiger.
YTA
@Graingy idk tbh

@Graingy yes and no. From what I heard the Heinschel turret-…I’m gonna stop right there. Yes, yes it is
Those typically refer to variants, though, no?

@Talon7192 part of the reason why I don’t finish my builds is because I don’t click save and get sad once I come back to a single cockpit
@Graingy what in the world is a tiger 🅱️?
Another project your gonna giveup then return to a year later? Nah tho love your builds
Tiger B?
150mm frontal amour at 50°
@Graingy why not?
Cool. Why tho?
Like, why make the turret ring of something?
