When I was planning to create a new account I had several problems with Gmail, I tried pressing the terms of use out of curiosity and there were rules that had to be obeyed, one of which was that you were not allowed to create more than one account... people are lazy to read, I was wrong the other one actually hehehe... then I pressed the contact page, there was a photo of the developer.
