He could use a VPN, but only if it is the wifi network blocking it. It sounded like it is the phone itself that is blocking it though, so it would probably not help. And if the app itself is blocked, another account wont help either.
But if you really want it in a forum, post the vid to youtube, then copy the link to it, and do a hyperlink in the forum body. Like this: [text you want to be clickable](paste link here)
If you did it right, it will turn blue, and if you click it, it will bring you to the video.
You do it in the videos section. Not the forums section. First, post the vid to youtube, then copy the link, and past it into the video “create video” section.
