This may be some big drama situation I dont know about, so forgive me if I misunderstand. But imo, the best thing is to post the best one publicly, and then the other variants unlisted, and put links to the other versions in the description of the main post. People can still see them all, but it will not be spam.
However, posting the WIP planes I definitely thing is spam. Make teasers in the forums, but wip are just annoying.

Firstly, variations are good, but only if the difference is noticeable (visually or performance wise). There is no rule about creating a variation of another build (saying the build is a replica that has different models) but if the variation of the build is simply the paintjob, a difference of propeller count, or none at all then it is just spam.
I am aware as to why this forum was created, and I understand it. No offense, but you even uploaded an unfinished version of the C-130 even though you could just have made an unlisted. If I were to guess, this is because you were near to being Platinum. Although again, I did not really check the variations you made from the C-130 so I cannot tell if it's either just spam or whatever it is you're trying to do.
Second, not because you were hit with a criticism, you are hated (or what you do is hated). Sometimes, you have to accept that criticism and not make a passive-aggressive forum post.

I Don't Want To Extend This Miss Conception Into A Drama

For those tuned in to this forum and what he's describing,
he's talking about these.
I'm the guy in question that he feels betrayed about, and is putting a hit on in this forum.
And allow me to just sum things up that are spoken of in this post in the simplest but easy to understand method that I can.

• This all stemmed from me asking why he would use the same plane model over and over 14 times in a row, which was a C-130, as shown here

• Me and him do very similar things, and both require a good amount of effort to create and make possible, and he just downplayed what I do in comparison to his, which is directly claiming that he's better. (Calm down, I never said I was either.)

• While his intention of educating people of these plane variants is in of itself not bad, you really can't deny he used the same C-130 model repeatedly, which itself is obvious spam in the most physical sense.

• I don't want to sound or look like some pile of dirt on your side, but you and I never talked alot, I know you, but we're not acquainted enough. You just kept tagging me in your builds that I didn't ask to be tagged in, and I don't recall you defending me against anyone as far as I'm aware or made aware of.

• This could just very well be a nitpick of sorts but while you have your attention to detail, majority of the community wouldn't really care much about them. They see good build, simple or whatnot, and download + upvote. Done deal.

And the fact that you were obliged to make a forum post like this tells that you really took everything I said in the worst way possible and you made me look like I'm some pile of trash for just being straight with you.

I feel like those kinds of people are either jealous and/or don’t pay attention to specific details that make the variant different from the rest (like tiny antennas and even internal sensors). But don’t worry, I support you since I basically do the same thing, just fictional variants.

It's like @Zhixunlin23 described below, you're creating a window of opportunity for users to choose what they really want. I am also doing the exact same thing with my latest planes, I intend to create all variants of the A320, 737, E-jets and Bombardier family. But I always avoid polluting the first page with my aircrafts as much as possible.

@OkaNieba if (please do) you do a different aircraft like the F-35, it should have various versions. Like normal A/B/C livery but some unique ones to. Like Aggressor A model, Bat B model, and Shiny C model.

@OkaNieba as I had said in your other post you actually give people a choice on what they want, not like I want a f-111B, here’s a f-111A shut up and deal with it.
