(Most important) 1. Thermals

I'm sure thermals would be a fun weather option
because it finally makes it possible to actually glide.
It can also make flying smaller planes a bit more realistic because they get a bit of turbulence or something.
it doesn't even have to be that complicated.

this can be fused with the new clouds in the game.

1. Wingflex.
   adding wing flex is a great way to bring an airplane to life.
   it actually looks like the wings are something and do something instead of something stiff
   It is also universal with all types of aircraft, so all the more reason to add it.
