I had been reposting one of my crafts as unlisted for an attempt for it to link into a challenge
I'm not gonna do build challenges anymore bruh

I learned how to edit the XML to redirect the auto credit myself
@dussts Go give a try. I had to say it is always be an annoying thing to finds out that your challenge submission lost it's predecessor.
.
But anyway, no big deal! <3
@LunarEclipseSP thanks for the help! I will try doing that next time
@dussts Okay so the first thing you'll need is your build's XML file. To make it auccessor, you need to find the script written as url="" , if you;re confused, it is shown at this picture here, marked in blue
.
However, sometimes there are also those which already have an ID code like this
.
And now, to manually make it as successor, for example, i wanna validate my build to be in this challenge, so all you have to do is to copy the ID code like what is shown in the picture here
And after you copy the ID code, paste the code between the quotation mark or replace the existing code if your XML already have it. It just like as shown in ths picture.
Save your build and upload it, You should now have your build with the new successor.
.
And that's how you manually validate your challenge submission. Sometimes it is really annoying to have your build losing it's predecessor, and you had no choice but to add the successor again manually.
Hang on, I'll give you the tutorial on how to do that. Thanks to someone who teach me how to validate a challenge through of an undownloadable challenge base
idk, @JamesPLANESii should have the answer already
