Trust me it's there for a reason
@User3624 yeah no. You can't change it while doing challenges or races. You can't spawn aircrafts either. It's there to prevent cheating.
@overlord5453 in challenges or races enviromental settings get disabled, is there a workaround to change weather there?
Change the weather in the
game settings.
