Update 1.9 removed the mobile mod support Android/iOS it was pretty horrible but could devs bring the mod support back If they could bring it back it would be like this
Some players making cool stuff with mods other making quite something different bad like a wat the but it will be nice if anyone could add a sonic boom effect and some things like improved Ai and they activating groups
And making rotators have a delay time tab thing

Jundroo didn't remove mod support. Google play did. So unless Google decides to add mod support back to apps on google play, mods aren't gonna happen.
Plug-ins, however, don't change anything in already existing game files so they are still supported. You can still use this kind of mods on Android.
