So on one of Sarp17’s posts, he asked if he should delete his account. About 2 or 3 people said no (including me). That was when an argument or something happened in the comments. Sarp17 said that he was 7 and that’s what got him banned. Someone said that you have to be 13 to play the game. So I decide to go to App Store and it literally said: 4+ years old.
That doesn’t make sense…

playing the game and being on the site is 2 different things.
yes, the game is rated for 4+ years old, but the site isn't.
you have to be 13 to be making an account on the site and interacting with the community, not to play the game.

To play the game itself, you can be 4+ years old, yes. But to join the community you have to be 13 or up. The differentiation does make sense, as for reasoning, I'll leave that to you to decide
