Arbiter: The Empress has beem sighted heading for Krakabloa, along with a small fleet of executors, consisting of what appears to be upgraded versions of the Strategists and Explorers, and numerous D8 King fighters. Why she heading there is currently unknown, but more then likely it's only bad news for Krakabloa.
