Today in aircraft maintenance, (21/8/24) I went to the airport. Since no FBI agents are watching my every word, I can tell you the 100% unapproved leave. Despite getting a go from the airport, our W teacher had not asked the school and let us sneak out like…uh a stealth mission.
Anyways, I got to go to the airport! Some planes I upload may have people in it-and I haven’t reviewed some of the ones I will upload.
If you see someone-
Say something.
A pilot let us look at his plane. Teach said to stick your head in. Since there’s a couple of us crowding the cockpit, I just decided to take a photo. I’m tall like that.
The fighter jet…I don’t know who flies that, but before I entered, I saw an guy in an olive green jumpsuit leaving the hangar. I’m sure that’s his plane.
That P-51D…it’s a replica.
Doctor-Lawyer killer
What our teacher told us is that; doctor or lawyers have a bunch of money, so they get lessons taught to fly planes.
But then they choose over complicated planes, and it causes them to crash.
I saw this plane on FlightRadar24 a month ago or so…maybe that’s the one.
Our teach also told us that planes in the US have the N before the numbers. Darn my memory not knowing what that is…
Thats the registration prefix for planes registered in the USA
The digits on the numbers after the "N" depends on the type of aircraft that is registered
it can also have 2 letters after the number (afaik only on registrations that have 3 digit numbers)
Pretty cool right!?
@WisconsinStatePolice well well well-
it was a municipal airport, does that change anything?
probably not
For the L-39, it did have Albatross on it! It might be it…
@SheriffHackdogMCPE ah ha, yes that’s what he said!
Thanks for jogging my memory again.
@TheMouse thank you!
boy oh boy do I love violating Title 49 Subtitle B Chapter XII Sub-chapter C Part 1542 among other TSA regulations
I'm very jealous of your adventures, friend. Have fun!
Also, that fighter jet is an L-39 I believe. It's a fighter-trainer, popular, and relatively cheap (Compared to other limited options)
