Like for example,for weapons part. There is no xml for input, only ActivationGroup. So, can i turn AG to input? So i can change the input?
Ex: Cannon, i want the input are Activate1 not FireWeapons. Maybe using some sort of Funky Trees? I'm up for everything you suggest.
No you can't, unfortunately. You can't use it for firing guns or cannons or countermeasures. But

can be used as inputs in other parts. You can activation groups for other parts too. The inputs areActivate1
,Activate2
,Activate3
,. ....Activate8
. By using switches with custom inputs you can go even further.
