I once made a rotator powered car with an exaggerated thumbnail with lots of meme stickers, people seemed to pretend not to see it.
apparently people in this community don't like excessive thumbnails

Well that's human brain for you. Sometimes they are attracted to meme posts sometimes not. There are many good examples in this site and i am sure you have seen at least one.
