Most of new players ask for help on their first plane some of them has been in the site for years but never decided to post something, that's why their first plane might look too good for a new player, I've actually played SP for 2 months before making an account and in those two months I learned a lot about SP but I never posted anything untill I learned more, it's the same case with those "my first plane".

Upvoting is a personal choice. Unless these new guys have some kind of mind controlling abilities it's not cheating. It is frustrating to see though, especially when actually good builds by new players go unnoticed and gets buried in the site. And all these upvotes can have a bad effect on these new players (if they are new). They will go zero to 5k overnight but their skill remains the same. And eventually they will be ignored because people expect Good quality from players with higher points.
And the cycle continues with the next my first plane.
The most interesting thing is that all these First plane builders are alternative accounts, and not beginners, since beginners do not know how to make thumbnails, edit text on the site, etc.
Probably cuz their new and people want to upvote them to help them with stuff idk

@SILVERPANZER Or they had a friend who helped. A friend got me into simpleplanes and he helped me a lot at the start.
