Almost half of my life...

There are things and moments that change your life, for better or worse

You don’t realize it at that moment. Or for a long time

But one day, it hits you like a truck

That’s how I feel about the day I started playing SimplePlanes. And it still feels crazy to think about

I’m currently a 3rd-year Mechanical Engineering undergrad, and that’s thanks to SimplePlanes

Yes, I loved aviation before. Yes, I was that kid in class who wanted to be a pilot one day

But all that was just childhood dreams, without a solid foundation

Unlike, you guessed it, engineering. And that foundation for me is SimplePlanes

Guess it’s time for me to build real planes now (I hope)

Thanks for listening to my rant. I just didn’t want to end my uploads without a personal note

(Chose mechanical engineering because my marks weren’t enough for aerospace, oh well…)
